"A true enthusiast, I work with raw, seasonal ingredients from the region, reinterpreting and elevating them to offer you a genuine gastronomic journey, a moment suspended in time.
After working alongside Julien Allano as Sous Chef at Le Clair de la Plume, I joined Château du Bost in 2020 as Head Chef, then became a shareholder in 2023, alongside Stéphane Roesch, former Michelin-starred chef of Château de Maulmont. Stéphane trusted me from the very start and guided me with great care to allow for a smooth and natural handover.
This adventure would not carry the same meaning without the teams who support me every day. In the kitchen as in the dining room, everyone brings their standards, their commitment and their sensitivity to keep this house alive and to offer our guests a sincere, warm and memorable experience.

I work in short supply chains, in an eco-responsible way, selecting quality local produce to offer sincere, seasonal cuisine. My dishes evolve with each morning's deliveries, guaranteeing freshness and creativity.
